Please choose both the phone model and the finish (matte or gloss) that you'd like from the drop downs and 'add to cart'. When you add to cart, you'll go to your cart page. In the bottom left corner, below the phone image there is text saying 'ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER'. Click here and make sure to type in BOTH the Initial Letter that you'd like AND which colourway. For eg: B - Peach & Blue.

What phone do I have?
If you want to find out which iPhone you have, you can simply go to Settings > General > About. For Samsung phones using the Android operating system, go to your Android Settings menu > System > About Phone.
